If you’re a medium‑sized business, hotel, pub or larger restaurant, we can take care of your monthly or quarterly bookkeeping. You handle the daily sales and supplier payments on site, and we process the full set of paperwork for each period.

We then produce your VAT return and detailed management accounts, along with an easy‑to‑understand commentary showing how your business is performing compared to expectations.

For businesses, such as a medium sized hotel or small pub group, large enough to have their own bookkeeping service but lacking the budget for their own accountant, we provide that service on a cost-effective basis. We can work for you for a flexible number of days each month, providing financial analysis and financial advice as part of your management team. From the bookkeeping we then produce the client VAT return and formal management accounts, along with a commentary on performance compared to expectation.
